Discovery
Life offers unlimited possibilities and opportunities. What should we say "yes" to? What should we say "no" to? How do we determine what to do with our time, energy, and resources? If we have no idea of our destination, we simply drift. Purpose breeds fulfillment.
Coaching
Coaching helps individuals move from where they are to where they want to be. I can help leaders discover "sticking points", create action plans, and move forward. I am a trained coach working toward my International Coach Federation (ICF) accreditation. While working toward my accreditation, my rates will be as low as they will ever be.
Discipleship
After serving the church for over 25 years, I know how important discipleship is. The sad reality is, Bible Studies and Mission Trips don't always create disciples. A disciple develops the character of Jesus to love others as he or she has been loved. I can help create opportunities to move people toward deeper discipleship.
